2. Orders

By placing an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email.

All orders are subject to product availability
Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT unless otherwise stated
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice

Purchase order (PO), available for schools, MATs, and approved accounts
Invoice ordering, available for approved accounts on request

All card payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.

Delivery to mainland UK addresses only (unless otherwise agreed)
For international orders or large MAT deliveries, please contact us directly
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in full at no additional cost
